There are a few ways you can fulfill your tax deductible donation:

• Mail a check directly to our office prior to the event; Golf Marathon Kingdom Causes, PO Box 90243, Long Beach, CA. 90809, include a note with the golfers name.
• For credit card donations click here.
• Complete the form below and we will mail you a statement.
