IN NEED OF SERVICES?
If you are experiencing homelessness and/or need to connect with your collaborative case manager, please contact your case manager directly or call the outreach line that is designated for the region that you currently reside in. Our Outreach Lines are not managed by a live person at this time. Please leave a voice message and someone from our team will call you back within a business week. Please note that not all regions in which we work accept requests for service via phone, and only enroll new clients during outreach and engagement activities.
These numbers are message lines for families and individuals who are struggling with homelessness or are about to become homeless. You may not get a response back from us if you are calling for other reasons, as we need to keep these lines available for those who are in need.
